Introduction :   It is surprising to see how many startups have tried to showcase doctors list, but none of them is accepted to a fair proportion by either community i.e. Doctors and Patient (or General users).

It can help improve patient record keeping which is not beneficial for patient only, but also for doctors, As these good record keeping can bring best out of a doctor who often ignore his own potential of being a researcher & just not clinician.

It can help community or humanity if records are available in large amount than with newdays internet technology of big data, predictive analysis for diseases will be possible. A disease prognostic factors, causative factors can be evaluated in better ways.
